Help Raise Donations for Breakfast and Lunch Programs for School Children

Many children walk long distances to go to school here…and there are no packed lunches. some miss going to school during drought periods due malnutrition and lack of energy for walking long distance this affects school performance and child education leading massive drop outs.

Ogowe Foundation has enabled over 1000 school going children from 8 primary school and 3 secondary school in rural Nyanza region get breakfast and lunch this has brought in good school engagement and performance among this children.

We provide simple meals like porridge and Githeri(Mixture beans and maize) for our breakfast and lunch program.

With your donation we get this food stuff from local farmers at fair rates thus also empowering local communities in get market for their farm produce.
